Refund Policy

We always want you to have a great experience with Relax-Withus. That’s why we have the Relax-Withus Promise. If you used a Relax-Withus coupon before its promotional value expired and were disappointed by your experience, contact us within fourteen days of your coupon use and tell us about it. We’ll work with you to make it right.

Unless the Fine Print says otherwise, you can refund any coupons you have purchased with us within forty-eight hours of purchase. After forty-eight hours of purchase, all coupons purchased through Relax-Withus are non-refundable, and all sales are final.

We also have the following refund policies:

1. If a valid reason for a refund within forty-eight hours of purchase is provided;
2. If a valid report that the charge was fraudulent or unauthorized is being provided;
3. If a valid reason we deem appropriate is provided.
